Prior to your appointment date, please ensure that your Jane App account contains your full name, date of birth, contact phone number and email, as well as your VCH ID number.
New Hires, within 3 months of hire, must report their vaccine and immunity status to the Provincial Workplace Health Call Centre (PWHCC) online -https://healthandsafety.healthcarebc.ca/ and follow the instructions.
If unable to report online, please call the PWHCC at 1-866-922-9464 for a baseline immunization assessment. Otherwise, you may be turned away.
Please be advised that new hires are eligible for our immunization services on or after their official hire date at VCH.
Please bring your staff photo ID with you to your appointment.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your scheduled appointment as soon as possible.
