Richmond Hospital - Immunization Clinic Baseline Health Immunizations
Please bring your employee photo ID with you to your appointment if available, along with any immunization records you may have.
Before your appointment, ensure that your Jane App account includes your full name, date of birth, contact phone number, email, and VCH ID number.
New hires, within 3 months of hire, must report their vaccine and immunity status to the Provincial Workplace Health Call Centre (PWHCC) online at https://healthandsafety.healthcarebc.ca/ If you are unable to report online, please call the PWHCC at 1-866-922-9464 for a baseline immunization assessment. Failure to do so may result in being turned away.
Note that new hires are eligible for our immunization services on or after their official hire date at VCH.
If you cannot attend, please cancel your scheduled appointment as soon as possible.
